Barrel Aged Blended Sour Saison
This is the 9th batch of neutral oak Lando. Blended and brewed to be our bastard interpretation of a Geueze. The dominant flavour and aroma in this batch are underripe peaches. This is the fruitiest beer we have made that doesn’t have any fruit in it. Other fruit notes that come through are pineapple and melon. As it warms up, the barnyard comes through and finishes with slate, which is classic Lando. The acidity is clean and soft.
